We are available Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Extended early morning/evening/weekend clinic hours vary. Contact the clinic for more information

How soon can I be seen?

Our goal is same day or next day access to a provider for acute health care needs.

Can a provider treat all my family members?

Our providers are board certified in family practice and can see patients of all ages.

If I choose Personal Primary Care, what is included at no additional cost?

Primary care office visits (preventative, acute, chronic disease management), routine annual labs, wellness services, limited dispensing of commonly prescribed acute medications, referrals as needed, and care coordination are included at no cost.

What if I need additional services?

Personal Primary Care is here to guide you through all your healthcare needs. If you need additional services, we can send orders or referrals anywhere preferred and help you navigate the process.
